Just when I thought fudge was difficult to make and had basically given up I came across this little gem of a recipe from Martha Stewart. It honestly couldn't be easier, unless you buy it already made! Cover with anything fun that you feel like, I had mini marshmellows at hand which gave the fudge a bit of a fun feeling.
Melt 3 cups of marshmellows, 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of double cream, a pinch of salt and 3 table spoons of butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally until the marshmellows are fully melted.
Blend in 300 grams of dark chocolate and stir until the mix is smooth. Pour the mix in a pan lined with baking paper and place in the fridge for 1 hour. If you want to decorate the fudge like I did with my mini marshmellows then sprinkle the fudge while its still liquid.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
