You will not regret it. This week I have been waking up and feeling like something or someone died in my throat over night, and then one little cup of this later, and I am back in action. And my mum pointed out how great lemon is for detoxing and health. A glass of hot water with lemon in the morning, followed by lemon infused room tempered water throughout the day. Cut up some lemon and put in your water bottle, that way water won't be boring!
