Tokyo day three, or four, depending on your counting skills. Tokyo loved me and I loved Tokyo, basically the sun was shining and I even got a small sunburn on my forehead. That's good news, the weather was amazing. We took a stroll to the Imperial Palace, and stumbled upon the Emperor (I am just assuming here, it could have been the housekeeper) returning to his palace in a pretty serious car entourage.
The imperial palace is close to Ginza, which turned out to be my favourite area of Tokyo, it was so peaceful and pretty. We found a leafy area in-between buildings and shops where we could eat some lunch in the sun and just enjoy Tokyo.
Then of course we went to the Tokyo Stock Exchange. As you do on holiday. So we had the fastest walk around the stock exchange area and then returned to the hotel to get ready for the next city: Shanghai!
