Many years ago ( I think we are talking all the way back to 2008!) I went to Milan to visit some friends. I had been in Milan the year before and I loved it, so a visit seemed like a great idea. And it was. Skip to the end of the visit and you would find me on a train back to Switzerland, a little worse for wear and so ill I had to spend the following week home from school because I was sick. What does this have to do with pizza? Very little, the only thing is I was introduced to Princi in Milan and it is a food love story. We had their pizza very late at night and it was the best pizza in the world that evening, and definitely one of the best I have had in general. So of course I was sad to leave as this place used to only be in Milan and the chance of having another slice in the nearest future was slim. And then we find ourselves in 2012, in London's Soho, wandering the streets and squealing with delight as I saw Princi, right there on Wardour street. Man it was love at second sight. So I went to delight myself with delicious pizza and it was just as good as I could remember. Dear Princi, I will be back!
