Not that I have really been anywhere but... work? Yeah, that sounds right. No excuses or anything, I believe that you can fit whatever you want into your day, if you just plan well enough and have the energy. Be that blogging, gym going or proper cooking. So I guess it's time to make sure I get to the gym more than once every 2 weeks. I used to be so good at kicking my butt and exercising, so this week's aim is to get going again, and I had a great start yesterday, with a pretty serious session at the gym (a killer circuits class, I was so sweaty half way through I wish I brought another top to change to. And a towel. The rest of the class might have felt the same...). Back on track guys, maybe even blog a bit, and make some dinners instead of living off cheese on toast? Who knows!
