Monday is always a bit of a challenge, do you also start the day/week with tons of plans and good intentions? I hope it's not just me. I find I spend the last moments awake on Sunday night planning how much I will get done on Monday, how efficient I will be, that I will go to the gym, and make a healthy lunch. Get stuff done. And then Monday morning comes calling and I forget those good intentions and just want to crawl back under the duvet. When I finally get up I spend at least 30 minutes juggling my calendar so that I can have a slow morning and go to the gym after lunch rather than at 7.30 am. What was I thinking? Anyways, it's past lunch time now, and I am not sure if I have been efficient or not, but there is little I can do about the time that has passed, so now I am going to focus on this afternoon, and get some food in this body. It's lunch time!
I'm Christine and I currently live in London with my husband where I do my best to go to as many restaurants as possible, bake, DIY and occasionally let my hair down and go to a museum. x
