50% of the week I spend in the gym, and before you start thinking I am a gym freak and must be crazy fit (I'm not), let me stop you right there. I work in a gym, and I also work out in one. Big difference. The gym/leisure industry was new to me a couple of years ago and I half bluffed my way to a job in membership sales, which I knew nothing about. And now I know for example that the last day of the month is the longest and most tiring in gyms. We need to reach our target and make sure we are growing, rather than just losing members. It's one of those days where you cross your fingers that people will want to get a gym membership, otherwise the big bosses won't be very happy.
To get my energy levels up an ready for a very long day, I thought a little workout would help out. Which I am regretting today, I can hardly walk down the stairs.
The other important thing on a day like yesterday is to eat, eat eat!
And then when it's all done, go home and sleep!
I'm Christine and I currently live in London with my husband where I do my best to go to as many restaurants as possible, bake, DIY and occasionally let my hair down and go to a museum. x
