London is one of those cities where you can find anything at any time, especially when looking for food. We have a china town, fancy Mayfair and Knightsbridge, cool Soho and trendy Shoreditch among many places. I tend to lean towards the more casual and interesting restaurants, but every now and then I end up in fancy pants places dressed in wellies. Last week it was Zuma, a contemporary Japanese restaurant in Knightsbridge. They also have several restaurants all around the world, very fancy pants indeed.
Putting that aside, I can honestly say that this is one of the most interesting meals I have had, in a good way. The flavours and textures were combined in a way that blew me away. We started eating some edamame beans, and finished 1.5 hours later with a small dessert medley, feeling satisfied but not full (which is unbelievable thinking about the amount of food we consumed). It was all perfect, except the rain we excited to.
I'm Christine and I currently live in London with my husband where I do my best to go to as many restaurants as possible, bake, DIY and occasionally let my hair down and go to a museum. x
