Street food is a good thing, it gives people without a restaurant the opportunity to display their food to a large audience. Lately London has gotten a lot of great food stalls around, but sometimes it's actually hard to find them. Cue Eat.St in Kings Cross where food stalls rotate based on the day of the week. We went on a Thursday and tried a couple of things. We started with The Rib Man, famous for great ribs and a very hot sauce named "Holy Fuck". If you try it, the name makes sense.
I have been reading about Yum Bun for ages and I knew they were at Eat.St on Thursdays, which is why we went on a Thursday. People rave about their buns, and with good reason, this stuff is good! The last stall we tried was Bhangra Burger, indian spiced burger wraps. I love Indian food, and they had a tomato coriander salad in the wrap that made me very happy.
