Or a short story of the consequences of personal training. So here goes. I never thought I would find myself in a situation where I could not walk properly, but thanks to an on-off personal trainer/colleague I am learning to walk again. Now it might sound like he broke my legs, and although it feels like that's exactly what he did, he just pushed my leg muscles to the very edge, and then some. In the last 3 days I have not been able to walk stairs, actually I have not been able to walk properly. I would say I ended up on the negative side of the personal training scale, probably because I wanted to show how strong I was, when I really wasn't. It was one of the best training sessions I ever had, but I have to stick to doing it on my own for a while.
