I have 3 really long wishlists on Amazon where one is general and filled with anything I suddenly think I can't live without but most likely can. There is a books wishlist that has about every book I ever wanted to read on it and then there is the cookbook list, which is filled with inspiring cookbooks. Right now the top two are from The Smitten Kitchen, an amazing blog which is a great inspiration if you want to put on that apron and get going in the kitchen. I want to get this book to look at the great photos, get some recipe inspiration and just loose myself in modern american cooking.
The other book is more health related and is "Blood Sugar The Family" which is a book that focuses on eating right for families that deal with diabetes. Although I don't have diabetes, I agree with the idea of cutting out sugar and the "bad" carbs and try to eat more healthy. This book looks like a good source of inspiration when dinner jsut seems like a very difficult decision.I am not one of those families and I am very happy for this, but I believe that this book could still provide serious inspiration and good recipes for healthy eating.
I'm Christine and I currently live in London with my husband where I do my best to go to as many restaurants as possible, bake, DIY and occasionally let my hair down and go to a museum. x
