So this week I have been working hard and also had time for some lovely time off for things like cleaning the bathroom and going for a walk in the 5 minutes of sunshine we had this week. No but really, is it supposed to be summer? Can someone tell the weather gods?
I have been doing my YouTube video workouts, choosing from videos from Lucy Wyndham-Read. I just love how short they are, sometimes I do two in a row to work more areas of the body and feel like I am actually investing time in my body, not just 5 minutes. I would like to go for walks in the local park, but sadly the weather has not been great.
Still doing the intermittent fasting thing and I feel ok about it. It stops me from evening snacking which is probably my worst enemy, but it doesn't stop me from eating bad things during the 9 hours I do eat. So yeah, should work on that.
I started watching a new Netflix series called Flaked. I have only had time for 3 episodes so I don't want to be too excited about it yet, but I didn't stop after the first one so I must like it enough to go on.
Loads of books on my Kindle, but that is quite normal as I am a fast reader (loads of practice from a young age!) and I get too bored on public transportation. I also read this article and though it was funny, especially as a Scandinavian gal with a pretty ok handle on pronouncing IKEA goods.
I'm thinking about cleaning out my closet after reading this article. Mostly because I feel like I have nothing to wear (what woman doesn't feel like that at times?) and I want to get some summer clothes. I just have to remember that I HATE wearing things like shorts and vest tops. Being covered from top to toe is my jam.
Well, nothing really. Except a hanging planter from Urban Outfitters (hipster alert!) to hang in our living room. Might even put a picture up once it gets done.
