For my iced coffee, made at work, I use two teaspoons of instant coffee and a teaspoon of brown sugar. I add hot water to this, stir while it dissolves and then I put a bit of ice in the glass to cool it down. This is usually when I go to the bathroom or just go stand in our garden for a bit and try to cool down. It doesn't always work. Once the coffee is a bit cooler I add more ice and then fill up the rest of the glass with milk. How easy is that?
Sometimes I make the coffee with a caramel flavored instant coffee, you know, just to be a bit fancy. And that's that! It is basically the only thing that cheers me up when the weather is amazing, the office is boiling and my energy levels are slowly dwindling (hello 3pm slump).
