Which brings us to my most prized kitchen possession, the Aerocchino. That thing has served us well, or more me I guess, as the husband does not have milk in anything really. You should see him eating cereal, it's like he is chewing dust because he hardly puts any milk on it. Very disturbing to watch.
We were wrong, of course. I really love hindsight. But yeah, that's for another day. Anyway, back to this beautiful thing I love so much. I use the Aerocchino every day now, most of the time along with the Nespresso machine (those vanilla coffee pods are a real obsession) to make an espresso topped with some steamed milk, but I have also been know to use it to steam milk for instant type coffees and for hot chocolates. There is nothing like a late night hot choc when the rain is pouring down and you really want to satisfy your cravings with a whole chocolate cake. Think of that scene in Matilda when Bruce Bogtrotter eats the cake. Can you remember? Yeah, I wish that was me every evening.
Have a lovely evening
