So yeah, it's all home inspiration on my Pinterest feed, and I do get ideas and feel inspired often. And if there is one thing I have always desperately wanted it is a serious gallery wall. I would prefer one with vintage mis-matching frames that show how quirky and weird we are, but that proved difficult to arrange. So I got a set of 7 frames in the same style and color and then went on to fill them.
I also added a couple of pictures from our wedding day (basically the only pictures we have of the husband and I together), a bank note from one of our travels, a random picture of flowers up close and a funny print saying "we should probably cuddle now" which I just love. And it's suitable for a bedroom too! The last frame holds a beautiful drawing by an amazing Norwegian artist called Anniken Askeland. I love the hands with their tattoos, classical, ironic and modern at the same time. The watermelon print is also from the same artist
I love how the wall turned out, crooked frames and all, even though it's not perfect and I probably will want to change out some of the prints before the end of the year. But for now this is it!
